The District obtains price quotes for items over $2,000.
A formal bid is required for purchase of items over $12,500.
All purchase orders must be approved by the Board of Education prior to payment.
The results of sealed bids must be approved by the Board of Education prior to issuance of purchase order(s).
Note: Capital construction, improvement or modification expected to exceed $50,000 will be subject to the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act.
