Financial Aid Information

Discover the promise of FREE college tuition!
Oklahomans want to see deserving students succeed – students who study and work hard, but whose families find it difficult to afford college. If your child dreams of going to college and works to achieve it, then we can help make it a reality! To make that happen, the Oklahoma Legislature has set up a unique program for eighth-, ninth- and 10th-grade students (homeschool students must be age 13, 14 or 15) that will help pay for their college education if their family's income is $50,000 or less at the time the student applies for the program.* This program is Oklahoma's Promise.

To be considered for federal financial aid, you must complete and submit a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) each year. Additionally, most states, colleges, and universities use the FAFSA to award other types of student aid, including state- and college-sponsored financial aid, such as grants, educational loans, and work-study programs. This is a free application! Never pay to complete or submit the FAFSA form.
FastWeb has exclusive tools for students to search for college scholarships by their interests. Their unique matching feature lets students search for college scholarships that match their educational goals and activities after they fill out a personal profile. The easy-to-follow form asks for their educational background, school activities, and what they plan on studying in college. Students have the power to search, find, and apply for college scholarships all on one website!
