The Character of the OK-081st
The OK-081st takes great pride in the level of character displayed within the corps. All cadets are taught and adhere to The Core Values and The Cadet Honor Code.
The Core Values
Integrity First
: Integrity is a character trait. It is a character trait. It is the willingness to do what is right even when no one is looking. It is the "moral compass" - the inner voice; the voice of self-control; the basis for the trust imperative in the leadership of the OK-081
st
.
Service Before Self
tells us that professional duties of the OK-081st take precedence over personal desires. At the very least it includes the following behaviors: Rule following, Respect for others, Discipline and self-control, faith in the system of procedures that govern the OK-081st.
Excellence in all we do
directs us to develop a sustained passion for continuous improvements and innovations that will propel the OK-081st into a long-term upward spiral of accomplishments and performances.
The Cadet Honor Code
"WE WILL NOT LIE, STEAL, OR CHEAT, NOR TOLERATE AMONG US ANYONE WHO DOES."
