Electives

Enrichment and exploration are an important part of Summit's middle school curriculum. Elective periods become a highly-anticipated benefit of attaining middle school status. Sixteen elective classes are offered at Summit. Some are nine week classes, while others are semester long classes and a few, such as band and orchestra, are year long classes.
