
	Accelerated Reader is most often called AR by students and teachers. It is a program that helps students with reading comprehension. Students choose a book that is on the AR quiz list, read the book, then take a computer generated test over the story. Not all books at Sunset have an AR test. Make sure the chosen book is an AR book by making sure there is a colored dot on the spine of the book. The dot will have the level of the book written on it. Online access to Sunset's AR quiz database is available by clicking in the above paragraph.
