Summit Parent Club Information

 Parent Club Executive Team and Committee Chairs

Vickie Wilson - President—Lead parent club meetings and oversee school activities

Doris Randolph - Vice-President - Assist president and oversee Information Day activities

Pam Puskas - Secretary - Record minutes at meetings

Sherry Rankin - Treasurer - Be accountable for monies received and expenditures, assist in fundraiser.

Vicki Wilson  - Concession Stand - chairperson purchases drinks and snacks during the season for the concession stand and coordinates parent work schedule for the games.

Anna Murphy and Diane Merits - Eagles Nest - Volunteers provide drinks and dessert for an in-school pizza lunch several times throughout the school year for students receiving special citizenship awards.

Kathy Bogumil - Fundraising Committee - Assist in the various fundraising projects as needed.  Count money, balance  order sheets, assist with deliveries.

Tobi Geno - Hoopla - Two-On-Two student basketball tournament held in May.  Volunteers collect donations for prizes, sponsorship for t-shirt advertisement and recruit parents to keep score.

Korena O'Blenss Edwards -School Directory -  Coordinate directory sponsors, organize printing and distribution of directories.

Robyn Shadid - School Supplies- Coordinate supply orders and help distribute school supply orders on Information Day.

Robyn Shadid - Staff Appreciation-Volunteers provide baked goods and assistance for staff appreciation activities throughout the school year.

6th grade - Erin McCoy, 7th grade- Judy Maupin, 8th grade Pam Puskas and Sonya Skinner -  Student Socials-Volunteers provide refreshments and act as chaperons for a student social during the year (one per grade level).  Also collect door prizes. A chairperson is needed for each grade level.

 

 

Ways to Help Out at Summit:

Remember we are collecting Box Tops for Education. Send them with your child to their first hour class.

The Media Center is looking for volunteers to work Book Fair the week of April 5-9th.  If you would like to volunteer contact Anne Warren, Media Asst. at Summit Middle School.

Test Monitors will be needed during the month of April for OCCT testing.  If you have some time please contact Becky Cole, Asst. Principal at Summit to help out.
