This class is designed for students who are working below grade level in math, reading, and/or English. If your child’s report card reflects poor performance or an area of academic concern, he/she would benefit from this class. This class is not offered in place of the regular curriculum, but in addition to it (meaning a student would be taking a remediation class at the same time he/she is taking a traditional class). This class is required for students who fail the Oklahoma Core Curriculum Test in math or reading. Students who have not successfully completed the reading sufficiency program will also be requested to enroll in this class.
