Current Salary Schedules
Recognized by The Oklahoman as a Top Workplace for five consecutive years, Edmond offers teachers a starting salary of $42,373. Health, life, and disability insurance, as well as district-paid retirement contributions, push a first-year teacher’s total compensation and benefits to $53,336. A teacher with 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree will make a base salary of $46,998 and $58,339 with compensation and benefits.
