Edmond Public Schools

The district obtains price quotes for items $2,000 and over. A formal bid is required for purchases of items $20,000 and over.  All purchase orders must be approved by the Board of Education prior to payment.

The result of sealed bids must be approved by the Board of Education prior to the issuance of purchase orders.
