Hardware Support

If a district-issued Chromebook or the charger is not working properly, bring the device to the location listed below.

REMOTE LEARNING & VIRTUAL STUDENTS:

All virtual students needing hardware support should bring their devices to their home school for assistance.

Additional Support

Request help by using the “Online Support Request” on the EPS Technology web page to enter a support request.  We will do our best to respond to support requests within 1 business day.
