If a district-issued Chromebook, charger, or Hotspot is not working properly, bring the device to the locations listed below.
AT SCHOOL: Students should bring the device to your site Chromebook Manager
REMOTE LEARNING & VIRTUAL STUDENTS: Bring the student device to Technology Central between noon and 3 pm, Monday- Thursday. Families can also pay fines with a check or online at this time.

Request help by using the “Online Support Request” on the EPS Technology web page to enter a support request. We will do our best to respond to support requests within 1 business day.
Starting August 20th, the Technology Helpline will be available at (405) 726-3333 between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
