If you are having problems with Edgenuity please complete this list of troubleshooting procedures.  If these procedures do not resolve your issue then please enter an online support request via the link at the bottom of this page.

Password Issues

Engenuity Password issues?  Contact your teacher.  Allow 60 minutes for a response.
EPS Network Password issues?  Call 405-726-3333.

iPads

Turn off “Prevent Cross Site Tracking”
(Go to settings > Safari and then tap the “Prevent Cross Site Tracking” slider to make sure it is grey.)

Upgrade iPad to current IOS
(Go to settings > General > Software Update then click “download and install” if there is an available update.)

Clear browsing data
(Go to settings > Safari then touch “Clear History and Website Data” link)
