EMHS Culinary Arts students were challenged to make a flavorful Fall dessert. Each team started with roasting real pumpkin and making a puree. Mrs. Ellis stipulated that each dessert must contain at least a 1/4 cup of pumpkin. With a budget of $15 for the recipe, students made magic worthy of any table! 4 EMHS staff judges decide who will reign victorious. Who will be the Potentate of Pumkin?
