Graduation ceremonies took place Friday, May 12 for nearly 1900 EPS seniors.
The ceremonies were held simultaneously at all three respective high school stadiums.
The 2023 senior class includes a staggering 176 valedictorians and 37 salutatorians. Valedictorians are students who have received all A’s and salutatorians are students who have received one B during their high school years.
“Graduation is a day of reflection and celebration that our graduates will cherish for years to come,” Superintendent Angela Grunewald said.
Edmond graduates have committed to some of the nation’s leading public and private colleges and universities, including Stanford, Yale, University of Pennsylvania, NYU, Rutgers, Rice, and Xavier.
