New Hires

We are so happy you said, "Yes to EPS!"  We are dedicated to ensuring you are ready and prepared for your new role.

The Human Resources team, along with your supervisor, strives to facilitate your transition through the onboarding experience. We look forward to meeting you at your orientation. Before you can attend orientation, you must have completed your Frontline Certified Tasks.

How Does the Hiring Process Work?

Certified: Complete and submit an application. The principal will review and select individuals to be interviewed. After the interviews, the principal will send a recommendation to Human Resources (HR).

Support: Complete and submit an application. The site Administrator/Supervisor will review and select candidates to be interviewed.  Once the site Administrator/Supervisor selects the candidate for their site they will send a recommendation to hire form to Human Resources.

Next Steps

Once HR receives the “Recommendation for Hire”, you will receive an email from an HR team member detailing your next steps, including your onboarding date.

You should begin completing your required tasks from HR/Frontline immediately. The faster you complete the steps, the sooner you can join the team and begin receiving pay and benefits.

Onboarding

At onboarding, District staff gives an overview of the district policies, benefits, payroll and leave is given. Please bring the following to your onboarding day:

Certified: Drivers License, Social Security Card, teaching certificate, a voided check or direct deposit

Support: Two forms of ID (most common forms are a driver's license, social security card, or passport). A voided check or direct deposit form.
