Charles Haskell Elementary’s Cafeteria Manager Debbie Oxton was nominated for BELONGING. Ms. Oxton goes above and beyond to ensure her students and staff at Charles Haskell are taken care of each and every day. She does it in such a loving and caring way to help make everyone feel extra special.
Santa Fe Moderate Cognitive teacher Brookelyne Lawson was also nominated for BELONGING. She provides her students with belonging and hope by sponsoring the Unified Sports and Special Olympics teams at Santa Fe. Ms. Lawson is an exceptional teacher who also collaborates with the entire special ed team to make sure all students feel that strong sense of belonging.
