🗣️🏆 It’s time to recognize our two Core Value Award Winners for the month of September! Congratulations to:
🌟 Natalie Iver, Title 1 Instructional Coach/Academic Interventionist at Cimarron, was nominated for COLLABORATION. Ms. Iver has done a tremendous job welcoming and leading the new Cimarron teachers. She was the driving force behind ensuring their first day got off to a great start with meaningful, need-to-know information that has helped make them successful.
🌟 Allie Nobles, Elementary Counselor at Chisholm, was nominated for BELONGING. Ms. Nobles spearheaded a random drawing of gift cards and duty coverage passes for staff members when they returned to school in August. She spent several weeks on this in the summer before staff members returned on contract. This initiative helped to create a culture of belonging at Chisholm!

Albright and Max for giving our students a morning they won't forget! #ShineYourLight

😎🛝 You've probably never seen a house sorting ceremony quite like this! This year, Charles Haskell is launching the Ron Clark Academy (RCA) House System, which creates a positive school environment by assigning students to houses where they build character, relationships and earn points for positive behavior. Each house has unique values, colors, and crests, fostering friendly rivalries and camaraderie. Charles Haskell kicked this program off BIG with an inflatable slide, costumed staff and a DJ (yep, you read that right)! 😁🏠 #ShineYourLight
